Carlotas was founded in Brazil in 2013, where it has been running as a B Certified company until today. In Brazil Carlotas provides corporate training and development programs like Empathy, Unconscious Bias, Emotional Health, respectful communications and others; and 10% of all income funds all programs in public schools. Since 2016, Carlotas operates in Germany as a non-profit organization, where it conducts workshops focused on immigrant women, perform workshops in for-profit companies and also have programs in schools in Munich and region.

Carlotas is made by many people: facilitators, newspaper correspondents, project managers, and many others who have already visited our colorful world. We are psychologists, pedagogues, and communication professionals, among others, and we all seek to spread the dialogue about respect and empathy.
