When Ryan traveled to Carlotas for the holidays everybody wanted to meet him. Everyone knows that he goes to the coolest school and lives in the most luxurious house in the best neighborhood in his hometown. Not only that, but he has such a beautiful family, that makes people jealous on social networks, which today are more popular than portrait albums.

And, as if that weren't enough, his friends are always praising him: he is the best soccer player, knows everything about hip-hop and produces the most-liked videos for his school channel. Ryan is funny, sweet and polite, but he also fights against any injustice he sees. Everyone sighs: "this boy is perfect!" Right? I have no idea if he’s perfect or not, but I know that everyone has heard all this stories about him and nobody would disagree.

But what nobody knew is that Ryan keeps a secret: a cloud hides within his chest. Some days, if the wind blows too hard, the cloud flies away and the Sun inside his heart can shine. Those days, he is super happy and feels so energetic. He remembers how his family and friends love him and that his school and his house are really cool. Then, he knows he is a lucky boy. He's feels pretty sure that he can change the world for the better and — this is very important! – In those days Ryan knows he's a very special person.

Of course he is! But there are some days when the cloud just sits there, right in the middle of his chest. And it covers everything that shines within him. On some other days even more clouds appear, they hit each other and he can feel a thunderstorm. And, even in those darkest days, he keeps living his life and it still seems so perfect in the eyes of others. But the truth is that on these days nothing makes sense to him, everything is just grey and sad. He feels confused and useless. And the worst thing is that although he tries and make the wind blow the cloud away, sometimes it just won't go away.

The cloud has a power of its own and he can't control it. When he feels like the cloud is sitting in his chest, he just hang in there and waits for the wind to send it away again. He doesn't like to talk about the cloud with anyone because he thinks no one cares about a cloudy chest. He's afraid to disappoint people, he doesn’t want to make his family and friends sad, he worries people will think he’s just weak or that he is making that up for attention.

But here in Carlotas we know that a lot of people keep this cloud hidden inside their chest and that each person deals with it in a different way.
